Betting Hero does something almost nobody else in this directory does: it acquires players in person. Staffed activations at stadiums, bars and events, walking a real person through signup, deposit and first bet on the spot.

The reason that works is the same reason it is rare. The drop-off in gambling signup is brutal and mostly invisible in analytics — a document that will not scan, a deposit that declines, a rule the player does not understand. Someone standing next to them fixes all three.

Its research arm is a genuine by-product: field observation of thousands of real signups is data no funnel report produces. The operation is North American today, so for a Brazilian operator the interest is the model rather than an immediate engagement.
