What we collect

Only what the platform needs to work. There is no advertising network on this site and no data is sold.

Account data: name, corporate email, job title, company and preferred language.
Content you publish: reviews, replies, disputes, shortlists and proposal requests.
Usage events: which profiles and categories were viewed, from which session, and the corporate email domain when you are signed in. Free email providers are discarded at collection.
Technical data: a hashed IP for abuse detection, and the session cookie. We do not store raw IP addresses against your account.

Buyer intent

Usage events are aggregated into company-level intent signals and shown to suppliers on paid plans. It is always the company domain, never a named person, and a free email domain never becomes an intent account. Any company can remove its domain, which deletes its history for every supplier immediately.

Remove my domain

How long we keep it

Raw usage events are deleted after 90 days; only the anonymous daily aggregate survives. Account data lives as long as the account. Published reviews stay, because a directory whose history disappears is not a record of anything — but you can ask for your name to be removed from one.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the LGPD you can ask us to:

Give you a copy of the data we hold about you.
Correct anything that is wrong.
Delete your account and the personal data attached to it.
Remove your company domain from buyer intent, with its history.
Object to a specific use, and get an answer explaining our position.

Send any of these through the contact form and we answer within 30 days.

Who else sees it

Nobody buys this data. Suppliers see aggregated company-level intent, never individuals. Infrastructure providers process data on our instructions to keep the site running. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.
