Badges and widgets
Every badge is earned from platform data. None can be bought, and none is granted by hand.
Matrix badges are issued when a quarterly Matrix is published, which needs at least 5 suppliers with 5 or more published reviews in the category. Merit badges come out of the same snapshot. If a supplier stops meeting the criteria, the badge stops rendering — a badge that outlives the achievement is worse than no badge.
| Badge | Type | How it is earned |
|---|---|---|
| Users Love Us | Open | Sustained high rating across a minimum volume of published reviews. Recalculated daily. |
| Best Support | Merit | Highest support sub-rating in the category, among suppliers with 10 or more reviews. |
| Easiest Integration | Merit | Highest integration sub-rating in the category, among suppliers with 10 or more reviews. |
| High Performer | Merit | Landed in the High Performers quadrant of a published quarterly Matrix. |
| Market Champion | Merit | Leading market presence in the category across the published quarter. |
| Matrix Leader | Merit | Landed in the Leaders quadrant of a published quarterly Matrix. |
| Momentum | Merit | Largest gain in market presence against the previous published quarter. |
| Top Rated | Merit | Ranked first overall in a published quarterly Matrix for the category. |

Badges are SVG images served with open CORS, so they work from any domain. The URL without a period always resolves to your most recent award, so you can set it once and forget it.
To cite a specific quarter — in a press release, a deck, a case study — pin the period. That snapshot is frozen, so the URL stays valid forever.
The rating widget shows your current score and review count, and updates on its own.
